Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
